Our nutrition is important in all aspects of our lives, but as we age, new challenges such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and more begin to present themselves.
In retirement, it becomes important to pay extra attention to our nutrition to aid in our overall wellness and achieve our health goals.
The Alberta Retired Teachers' Association (ARTA) is excited to share our Nutrition Guide featuring tips for healthy snacks, portion sizes, physical activity tips, and some recipes too.
Along with guidance from your primary medical professional, this guide should help filter out all the noise and help you stay on top of your health well into your retirement years.
